“The Constitution was only meant to be interpreted through the eyes of our founders, and not through the eyes of others!” ….Me!
I’ve been sarcastically asked about what was my favorite decision out of the 307 decisions that Judge Brett Kavanaugh has made? Pointing out just one without laying out the premise that I’m basing my decision on would be wrong, and understanding that our founding fathers Constitution wasn’t meant to be looked at through Conservative or Liberal/now Progressive eyes, but through the eyes and words of our founders! The Constitution is about making sure that above all individual’s, and not government, which is only there to oversee and not dictate to anyone what their rights, freedoms, or Liberties that are derived from their Creator.
The Constitution of the United States has endured for over two centuries. It remains the object of reverence for nearly all Americans and an object of admiration by peoples around the world. William Gladstone was right in 1878 when he described the U.S. Constitution as “the most wonderful work ever struck off at a given time by the brain and purpose of man.”
Part of the reason for the Constitution’s enduring strength is that it is the complement of the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration provided the philosophical basis for a government that exercises legitimate power by “the consent of the governed,” and it defined the conditions of a free people, whose rights and liberty are derived from their Creator. The Constitution delineated the structure of government and the rules for its operation, consistent with the creed of human liberty proclaimed in the Declaration.
Come on, we all know it’s not Judge Brett Kavanaugh that Schumer and Pepsi’s ‘Party of No’ fears, it’s the Constitution, and they fear that more! What they’re all afraid of is the number of unconstitutional actions by Obama, and that there might be a chance that they’ll be addressed, exposed, and when possible, reversed!
Even though the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media didn’t inform the public about those crimes being imposed on the American people by Obama’s unconstitutional actions, they exist, and boy there were a lot of them as you can see for yourself that were hidden from public view:

Everyone of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s decisions were derived solely by the letter of the law, and if you read anyone of Judge Kavanaugh decisions you would know he ties everyone of them to the ‘Rule of Law’ and Constitution as written, and not through the eyes of Marx or Alinsky who are currently sitting on the Supreme Court in the Avatars of Kagan (58), Sotomayor (64), Breyer (80), and Ginsberg (85)!
As much as I know you hate to hear this, the Republican Party is, because of its belief in small government, less regulation, and individual rights, is inherently in line with the principles of our founding father’s, and that the Party of ‘NO,’ the Progressive Branch of the Democratic Party, are taking the complete opposite side by continuing to ignore and bypass in the name of Obama, but not only our founding father’s Constitution and ‘Rule of Law, but the people they represent, and the oath of office they took to protect and defend our Constitution!
Judge Kavanaugh has been praised for resisting Judicial Activism, which is more than I can say for the lower courts that Reid and Obama stuffed with Progressive Justices that they used the “Nuclear Option” to seat right before they had to turn the Senate over to the Republicans in 2014! Those decisions from those courts have been overturned some 80% of the time by the Supreme Court!
Based on the Constitution the President of the United States has the sole power to make the call if he or she feels that issues dealing with Immigration are threatening our country, but with these last minute ‘Hail Marys’ to block anything that has to do with President Trump’s Immigration mandates, which is actually on the plate ‘again’ today with one of those same Justices blocking the deportation of 300,000 illegal immigrants, the powers granted to the President by the Constitution are being undermined which threatens the safety of the American People!
