What the American people should know is that when it comes to the new 81 supposed requests for documents from President Trump’s contacts, they’re looking for is exactly what Mueller’s apparent failed Investigation asked for already, and apparently just getting their own copies of the Mueller Investigation documents because they don’t trust Robert Mueller who they’ve spent 2+ years protecting! My question would have to be how did Nadler’s committee get that list of requested documents that just happen to be the same that the Mueller Investigation requested before the findings of the Mueller Investigation have even been released yet?
If that’s not bad enough we have Nadler of New York, another career politician who should have been long ago if term limits were in place! Nadler, D-NY, told ABC News’ “This Week” that the committee will “begin the investigations to present the case … about obstruction of justice, corruption and abuse of power,” but for 2+ years the American already have the answer!
Obstruction of Justice? Both Rosenstein and Sessions were asked to give their opinions on the firing of James Comey, and they both not only recommended in writing before he was fired, but took the lead from the Democrats who all wanted him fired because within just days of the election he was actually forced to torpedoed Hillary Clinton’s Campaign by releasing the 340,000 Hillary related emails that were on Anthony Weiner’s lap top, who was the husband of Hillary’s right hand woman, , during the investigation of Weiner ‘sexting’ a minor!
Judicial Watch: FBI Documents Detail Weiner Laptop / Clinton Email Find Just Before the 2016 Election – Judicial Watch
In September 2016, the FBI’s New York Field Office (NYO) and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) began investigating former Congressman Anthony Weiner for his online relationship with a minor. A federal search warrant was obtained on September 26, 2016, for Weiner’s iPhone, iPad, and laptop computer. The FBI obtained these devices the same day. The search warrant authorized the government to search for evidence relating to the following crimes: transmitting obscene material to a minor, sexual exploitation of children, and activities related to child pornography.
The Weiner case agent told the OIG that he began processing Weiner’s devices on September 26, and that he noticed “within hours” that there were “over 300,000 emails on the laptop.”
In assessing the decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Midyear-related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop, we were particularly concerned about text messages sent by Strzok and Page that potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions they made were impacted by bias or improper considerations.
After October 4, we found no evidence that anyone associated with the Midyear investigation, including the entire leadership team at FBI Headquarters, took any action on the Weiner laptop issue until the week of October 24, and then did so only after SDNY raised concerns about the lack of action.
That’s the ‘obstruction’ that the new head Nadler led Oversight Committee is considering an impeachable offence!
When it comes to the ‘Corruption,’ if it has anything that tops the Obama Administrations ‘REAL’ corruption, which every Democrat is party to, then the rest of this article will lay out the case against these phony Democrats who because of Hillary’s loss in the 2016 election, are being forced to pretend to be fighting for the Middle Class, defending the Constitution, and doing the bidding for the American people, which just what is about to come, you know this in not what their original game plan would have been if Hillary would had won!
Now when it comes to the ‘Abuse of Power’ they’re referring President Trump using ‘Twitter’ and his 1st Amendment Rights to express an opinion about how he sees it without having to go through the translation and interpretation of the corrupt and protecting the unconstitutional and illegal actions of the Obama Administration’s ‘Deep State’ whose main goal has been, and will continue to be, destroying the ability or the American people to use those individual rights that the Constitution grants every American citizen!
What also needs to be known is that what the world sees in its hotels, airports, and their version of censored TV is the CNN version of the truth based on their interpretation and intent, and not the real facts, no matter what side they’re from, so that the world can make up their own minds!
What is also disturbing is knowing that when it comes to having any ‘Balls’ Republicans care more about setting a precedent by bucking the President’s declaration of a ‘National Emergency’ at our Southern Border than they care about protecting America’s Sovereignty and the safety of the American people! The real knife in the back for all Americans, regardless of their political affiliation is that neither side is willing to work through bipartisanship for the sake of the American people, and just ‘error on the side of caution’ to protect America!
Today’s Talking Points!
Over time and my ability to flip through multiple channels I’ve been able to pick off the daily talking points that have been sent out of the wires either early this morning or last night, and today it had to do with the number of times the Republicans re investigated Benghazi, and then guessing how many times they did. I heard as many as 8 and as low as 4, but what you need to know is that it was in their defense when attacked on of the ‘why’s’ for the continuation the investigation into the Russian Collusion with the Trump Campaign, and requesting the exact same documents that the Mueller Investigation asked for, and I’m asking again, how, without the Mueller Investigation not revealed yet, do they know what those requests were?
Now back to the number of times the Republicans opened investigations into Benghazi, that was because of the 8 years of corruption by the Obama DOJ with first Eric Holder and then Loretta Lynch, with not one Special Counsel/Prosecutor appointed, where unlike Robert Mueller who was appointed to investigate the 2 year and still unproven collusion between the Russians and the Trump Campaign, and appointed by Obama ‘Deep Stater’s’ that were all part of the Obama FBI, all part of the ‘Uranium One deal’ with Russia and selling them 20% of America’s needed Uranium without congressional approval, and all part of the corrupt leadership of the DOJ. FBI, and CIA, that had been biding their time through appoints in different Administration with the advanced plan of bringing them all together when Obama and his agenda leading to the fruition of the long-awaited New World Order was side tracked by Hillary’s loss, and an outsider non-politician who believed American can and would be first and great again!
I don’t about you, but I thought it was very strange that both sides of the aisle agreed that to appoint a 2nd Special Counsel/ Prosecutor, wasn’t in America’s best interest? Now this is after Comey’s dissertation, and not his constitutionally responsibility, to declare his interpretation of the facts that appeared to being leading up a assumed guilty verdict in the Hillary emails investigation, and then did a complete 180 and instead of going with the obvious obstruction of justice conclusion which is a crime, went with the ‘Strzok’ recommendation of ‘extremely careless’ which is not a crime, but means exactly the same! Now add on top of that Loretta Lynch excepting his findings, which was her job to do and not his when it comes to deciding on a course of action, diverted to his conclusions, which again is not in his job description, but more than likely had something to do with that timely and coincidental bumping into of Hillary’s husband ‘Bill’ and Loretta Lynch just days before Hillary’s fate was going to be announced!
What’s even more disturbing is that there were at least 6 times that a Special Prosecutor should have been appointed during the Obama Administration, and to think, which we all know now is what backed the Obama Administrations unconstitutional and illegal attack on the American way for the sole purpose of not only destroying America from within, but ripping the heart and soul of our founders belief in smaller government and supporting individual rights!
Take the time to think about why the difference the Russians colluding with the Trump Campaign when Obama sold 20% of America’s Uranium to Russia, why Hillary’s Campaign and DNC paid Senior Russian operatives some $11 Million Dollars to ‘dig up’ or ‘make up’ the ‘Mack Daddy’ of all opposition research, which is more than ‘jail time’ worthy, and by more than just one person for sure!
Does anybody think that the reason for 39 Republicans not seeking reelection or retiring in one year is strange? Does anybody think that the reason for the push back from both sides of the aisle when working through, yes, I know what you’re thinking when I say this, bipartisanship, and to stop the appointment of a 2nd Special Prosecutor/Counsel? How about when an Inspector General is used to investigate a possible crime on Capitol Hill, like Benghazi, his jurisdiction is only on Capitol Hill, and he has no subpoena power to go outside his jurisdiction to question anyone has decided to leave government, which makes them basically unapproachable by an Inspector General who is looking for answers! ~~~~

What is a special counsel, and why do we have them? According to Wikipedia, “a special prosecutor (or special counsel or independent counsel or independent prosecutor) is a lawyer appointed to investigate, and potentially prosecute, a particular case of suspected wrongdoing for which a conflict of interest exists for the usual prosecuting authority” — i.e., the perceived conflict of interest of Jeff Sessions to investigate alleged collusion of the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election.
Anyway, while liberals are holding out hope for Robert Mueller to find evidence of collusion and force Trump to resign or be impeached, it occurs to me that despite the rampant corruption and scandals-a-plenty of the Obama years that there was never a single special counsel appointed. Not one. Obama supporters point to this as evidence that his administration was above board, but in reality, it was just proof of just how corrupt things were. By limiting investigations to their own sham investigations that saw no one held accountable, or to congressional Republicans whose investigations they could simply stonewall and accuse of being partisan, the Obama administration felt they could keep up the ruse that they were scandal-free. Here are six times the Obama administration should have appointed a special counsel to investigate a scandal but didn’t.
The common thread between these examples is the stonewalling and cover-ups committed by the Obama administration in order to protect itself. Corruption begat more corruption and there was no way they were going to allow an investigation it couldn’t control (or dismiss as partisan) happen.

6. The Walpin Firing Scandal
It’s a pretty big deal when the president of the United States breaks the law in order to protect his friend and donor who was being investigated for misusing federal grant money… but Barack Obama did just that for his friend, former NBA star and mayor of Sacramento Kevin Johnson. Johnson had taken nearly a million dollars in AmeriCorps grant money to his own nonprofit organization to pay volunteers for political activity. While investigating this, Gerald Walpin, the inspector general for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), discovered a cover-up of sexual abuse allegations made by three students against Johnson who were offered some of this grant money as hush money. Walpin recommended criminal charges against Johnson and was quickly told to resign. Walpin refused, and Obama fired him. The firing itself violated a law that Obama co-sponsored as a U.S. senator. Congressional Republicans launched their own investigation, and the Obama White House responded with a smear campaign against Walpin and withheld documents from Congress.
5. Benghazi
On September 11, 2012, a group with connections to al Qaeda attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, died. This was just awful timing for Obama. The 2012 presidential election was just weeks away. The cover-up began instantly. An obscure YouTube video was blamed for inciting a “spontaneous” protest even though all the key players knew it was a pre-planned terror attack almost immediately. That didn’t stop Obama and Hillary publicly claiming to the contrary. UN Ambassador Susan Rice went on the weekend talk shows to repeat the lie over and over and over again. Obama was trying to save his reelection, and Hillary her political future as well. Republicans investigated, but the Obama administration stonewalled those investigations, which they branded as partisan witch hunts. An independent special counsel would have made it difficult for the Obama administration to claim the investigation was tainted, so one was not appointed.
4. The IRS scandal
Using the IRS to target Obama’s political enemies during an election year? Obama did try to distance himself from the scandal but according to a report, IRS employees were “acutely” aware that Obama wanted a crackdown on conservative and Tea Party groups, and Douglas Shulman, the IRS commissioner, visited the White House a whopping 157 times (more than anyone in Obama’s cabinet) while the IRS abuses occurred. Gee, do you think there’s a potential conflict of interest here? Unlike other scandals where investigations were left to Republicans in Congress, the Obama administration did investigate the IRS scandal… did you know about this? Yep, Attorney General Eric Holder appointed a DOJ lawyer to run the investigation. Her main qualification was that she was an Obama donor, and within a few short days of her appointment, it was announced the FBI was not planning to file any criminal charges connected to the scandal. Of course not.
3. Uranium One
In 2010, the Obama administration approved a deal allowing the sale of 20 percent of America’s uranium to be sold to Russia over Republicans’ expressed national security concerns. The deal was tainted by donations to the Clinton Foundation and an administration cover-up of bribery and racketeering before being approved. The Obama administration threatened an FBI informant to keep him from talking about what he knew. There is currently a congressional investigation underway, but why wasn’t this investigated when it happened? Who oversaw the FBI when the deal went down? Mr. Robert Mueller. That name should ring a bell with you.
2. Fast & Furious
Two thousand firearms sent across the border… hundreds lost… a border agent killed with one of those guns. The Obama administration did everything in their power to stonewall the investigation. Attorney General Eric Holder even claimed to have no knowledge of the operation (an outright lie) and Obama asserted executive privilege to withhold documents from congressional investigators. Conflict of interest, maybe? Absolutely there should have been a special counsel appointed. But if there’s anything I know from researching Obama’s scandalous administration it’s that Obama picked people to run his Department of Justice who were willing to protect him and whom he, in turn, would protect as well.
1. The Hillary Clinton Email Scandal
What about this scandal wasn’t tainted? Obama’s former secretary of state and heir apparent to the Oval Office is caught violating federal transparency laws by hosting a private email server—which was only discovered as a result of the Benghazi investigation (which they were also stonewalling). Over 30,000 emails were discovered to have been deleted. Phones were smashed with hammers… Obama personally communicated with Hillary via this private email, with a pseudonym of his own… FBI Director James Comey had drafted Hillary’s exoneration letter before even interviewing her. We now know that FBI investigator Peter Strzok, who was investigating both Hillary and Trump, had personally softened the language on the exoneration statement. Right around the same time, he was telling fellow investigator and lover Lisa Page that he would stop Trump from getting elected president. What difference at this point does it make, right? Everything about that investigation was tainted. A special counsel was needed as soon as the private server was discovered. But Obama had to protect his heir apparent, and therefore his legacy, and so the investigation was run by pro-Hillary/anti-Trump partisans who had no business doing so.
