The nation’s top voting machine maker, Election Systems and Software (ES&S), admitted to Congress that the company installed remote-access software on election-management systems it sold over a six year period.
In a letter sent to Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) in April and obtained recently by Motherboard, Election Systems and Software acknowledged that it had “provided pcAnywhere remote connection software … to a small number of customers between 2000 and 2006,” which was installed on the election-management system ES&S sold them.
Weren’t those the Pre-launch years before Barack Obama appeared on the scene and after what I consider the warning shot heard around the world that was meant to threaten our founder’s Constitutional Republic and all those constitutional guaranteed individual rights that come with a government built on ‘By the People and For the People’ which can’t be allowed to continue being able to use those rights in a ‘New World Order’ where only a ‘One Size Fits All’ mind set can be permitted! President Trump announced he was disbanding his Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity Wednesday, citing a desire not to engage in “endless legal battles at taxpayer expense.”
The logic coming from the Progressive left when dealing with voter fraud and claiming that voter fraud doesn’t exist is beyond comprehensible! They proclaim that a Federal Voter ID suppresses minorities and keeps them from voting, but why does every entitlement given by the federal government ask for an ID, the Healthcare they receive requires and ID, buying alcohol, a gun, cigarettes, getting a mortgage, a driver license or getting on an airplane to travel still needs a form of ID, so, why wouldn’t the number one right to vote that protects our sovereignty not need a ID, and why is the 244 years of success following our founding fathers Constitution and rule of law all of a sudden taking a back seat to showing an ID to now purchase Marijuana in California as of the first of the year, 2018?
REPORT: Nearly 60% of States Have Counties w/ More Voters than Residents!
‘One of the most effective strategies for protecting the integrity of American elections is keeping voter rolls clean…’
(Dan E. Way, Liberty Headlines) Nearly 60 percent of U.S. states have counties with more registered voters than adult residents, and the Public Interest Legal Foundation is going to court to clean up the mess in preparation for the 2020 presidential election.
The foundation said there are 244 counties in 28 states that exceed 100 percent voter registration. Another 279 counties in 31 states have registration rates of 95 to 99 percent, which the foundation said are implausibly high.
The foundation conducted public-records research and voter-roll audits prior to launching litigation activities. Those include sweeping voter-registration records request letters, and comprehensive voter-list audits.
Solutions could include formal consent agreements outlining corrective strategies, or federal litigation under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, commonly known as “Motor Voter.”.
Under that law, state and local elections officials must properly maintain voter rolls and ensure that only eligible voters are registered. PILF said voter rolls listing more registrants than adults living in the jurisdiction indicates election officials have failed to properly maintain voter rolls.
8 Iowa Counties Have More Registered Voters Than Eligible Population!
Eight Iowa counties have more voters registered than their total voting-age eligible population—by nearly 19,000—according to data revealed by Judicial Watch, a conservative nonprofit.
The discrepancies are not necessarily evidence of voter fraud themselves. Sometimes, people remain on voter rolls even after they’ve left the state or died, and over time, faulty records can accumulate.
Yet states have an obligation to exert “reasonable effort” to clean up their voter rolls under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.
“Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections and Iowa need to undertake a serious effort to address its voting rolls,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a Feb. 3 release.
In fact, even voter registration rates lower than 100 percent of eligible population may indicate messy rolls since it’s unlikely every single eligible person has registered.

Broward County Fla. Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and employees were engaging in mass voter fraud in multiple forms. While People’s Pundit Daily had uncovered instances of election fraud in other counties around the state–including Pasco and Lee–Broward is large enough that it could potentially swing the state.
It has been widely reported that black turnout in the state–and in other battleground states such as North Carolina and Ohio–is way down from 2012 levels. In the past few days, the Clinton campaign and their Democratic surrogates have been touting “a surge” in turnout among black voters in Broward County, which is overseen by Snipes.
Unbeknownst to the American people was that Broward County voter rolls under Brenda Snipes hadn’t been scrubbed of the voters who had died for over 100 years, and illegals votes were cast but not counted kept as provisional votes once they were verified!

Florida circuit court Judge Raag Singhal ruled the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office violated state and federal law Friday, after the office destroyed ballots from a 2016 House race for Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s seat.
Canova requested a closer look at the paper ballots from the race to check for anomalies in March 2017, but Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes did not respond to his requests, so he took her to court, according to the Sun Sentinel. Snipes had signed off on the destruction of the ballots in September 2017.
Snipes made a “mistake,” she said during testimony in court and claimed the boxes were mislabeled. She maintained the destruction of the ballots was entirely unintentional.
What you need to take away from this is that what nailed Brenda Snipes was ‘Time’ and the deadlines that votes had to be cast by and handed into he states election board. Why is this important to know….?

While all the attention was on Brenda Snipes in Florida, Nancy Pelosi’s home state was reversing 6 California House races where on election day 6 Republicans had won their seats in Republican Strongholds, but within 2 weeks and the discovery of more provisional ballots, all 6 races were reversed in favor of the Democratic Party, and the 6 votes Nancy Pelosi needed to take back the Speakers Job and the Gavel when she received 220 votes where 216 were needed! A Coincidence, how can that be?

A combination of recent changes in California election rules have lengthened the ballot counting process, and some Republicans believe, disadvantages their Party, “You think!’
A stunning 5 Million ballots, more than 40% of the overall total were counted after November 6th!! In many places Democrats got a significantly larger portion of the late votes than those counted on election day! Those later votes helped Democrats capture a string of GOP held U.S. House seats!
The Democratic legislature approved changes allowing any-mail-in-ballots post marked by election day to be counted to 3 business days later!
Another provision allows voters to let anyone drop off their absentee ballots rather than a family member as previously required. That has opened the door to so-called ‘Ballot Harvesting’ by campaign operatives!
Brenda Snipes in Broward County in 2016 got ‘Caught’ because of time deadlines, and in 2018 California eliminating time deadlines and changing the way votes were cast and counted almost went unnoticed, or at least not reported on by the ‘Deep State’ Mainstream Media!
Now I think you’ll be able to see the hypocrisy behind why there shouldn’t be a mandatory Federal Photo Voter ID Law in 2020 as you read on!

Civil-rights groups celebrated the end of the commission. Dale Ho of the ACLU voting rights project called the panel “a sham from the start.” Vanita Gupta, formerly the head of the Obama-era civil-rights division and head of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, said the commission was “a political ploy to provide cover for the president’s wild and unfounded claims of mass voter fraud, and to lay the foundation to purge eligible voters from the rolls.”
Kristen Clarke, head of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, one of the groups that sued the commission, said the panel was “launched with the singular purpose of laying the groundwork to promote voter suppression policies on a national scale,” adding that its disbanding was “a victory for those who are concerned about ensuring access to the ballot box.”
There are lingering questions even now that the commission is disbanded. For one, while many states resisted sending their voters’ personal information to the commission, others did, raising the question of what happens to the data that was collected.

“The commission may no longer exist, but what happened to the information?” asked Sherrilyn Ifill, head of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, one of the groups that sued the commission. “That information should be removed or erased, it should not exist in the servers of commission members and officials in the White House.”
Trump’s statement also says that he “asked the Department of Homeland Security to review these issues and determine next courses of action.”
“We will be making some efforts to learn more what directive the Department of Homeland Security has been given with regard to investigating voter fraud,” Ifill said, “and what methods they will use to do whatever work they have been asked to do by the president.”
What should be troubling every American is that when it comes to securing our own elections here at home on American soil that the ‘game’ has nothing to do with the Russians, Ukrainians, or even the Chinese, but the smoke that the Soros Sponsored ‘Swamp’ have been blowing up every distracted American’s ass!
